Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies used on physiquemethod.co.uk, what each one does and how to change your mind. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to function. Others, like analytics, are optional and only used if you agree. Under UK law we have to ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary, which is why you see a banner on your first visit.
Your Choice
When you first arrive you can accept all cookies or reject everything that is not essential. Both options are equally available and rejecting will not limit your use of the site. Nothing optional is set until you accept. Your choice is remembered for six months, after which we will ask again.
You can change your choice at any time:
You can also clear or block cookies through your own browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the site.

Analytics Cookies (Optional)
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they came from. It helps us improve the site. The information is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally. These cookies are only set if you accept.

Video
The video on our home page is served from our own website rather than YouTube or any other platform. It sets no cookies, involves no third party and sends nothing about you anywhere. It only plays when you tap the play button.
What We Do Not Use
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, we do not run a tracking pixel for social media advertising, and we do not sell or share your browsing data with third parties for their own marketing.
Questions
If you have any questions about cookies or your data, you can reach us through the enquiry form on our website or on WhatsApp. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
